Shipping and Returns
These terms apply to orders placed through the Bulkoon platform. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Scope
This document provides general information on delivery of products and services offered through Bulkoon, shipping processes, and return conditions within the statutory withdrawal framework.
Delivery times or campaign-specific conditions may be stated separately per seller or product at checkout and in the order confirmation.
2. Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, the supplier’s business days, the courier’s service area, and the time the order is confirmed. Estimated delivery windows are shown on the product or order detail.
Only the delivery address provided at checkout is valid. Address change requests are considered via customer support before the order is handed to the carrier.
When a tracking number is provided, carriage is handled by the courier. We recommend inspecting the parcel on delivery; in case of visible damage, obtain a delivery report where possible.
3. Shipping fees
Shipping fees and free-shipping thresholds may vary by campaign or product. Total shipping cost is shown clearly in the cart and payment step before you pay.
4. Withdrawal and returns
Consumer withdrawal rights under applicable law remain reserved. Products excluded from withdrawal (e.g. personalised goods or hygiene-sensitive items where returns are not permitted) are identified in regulations and before purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the legal period and return the product unused, in resalable condition and with packaging intact unless opened as reasonably necessary to inspect. Return shipping instructions and the return address are provided after your request.
After approval, refunds are processed according to your payment method and bank/payment provider timelines.
5. Defective goods and warranty
Consumer rights regarding defective or incorrectly shipped goods remain available. Use customer support or in-platform help channels to report issues.
